Right Touch Taxes

I paid for my 2022 taxes and Richard Moore handled them and after 8 months of lies and deceptions I found out he never filed my 2022 taxes. Told him okay go ahead file them and more lies. Found the owners personal cell phone and called her and she basically said there was nothing she could do. Bad company. Hope no one gets a their taxes audited. He told me I was getting 3100.00 back so I had to go to a real tax preparer and ended up owing. I’m sure they woul not have backed me up in an audit.

I would not refer another person to them again. Due to getting audited by the IRS. Once I got audited by the IRS Right Touch stop receiving my emails, calls, text, messages.

Very unprofessional very unpleasant visit doesn't answer the phone I did my taxes in the beginning of March they got sent back in June do to fault of right touch taxes tried months to get in touch with the owner when I did she had me meet her 3 different times and never showed.I had to pop up on her another month later and got them done i hope this time. A when I popped up the owner is queues was she can be open due to covit-19 but she has a office full of people and no masks ... Just very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone. I wish I can do 0 stars
