Alterations by Eloisa

After reading great reviews and seeing many people say her prices were "reasonable", she tried to charge me over $400 to alter a $300 dress. I pulled up google maps and drove 2 blocks down the road to a place that did the same work only $200. Eloisa was very kind to me but wouldn't even consider negotiating the price, so I had to take my business elsewhere.

Eloisa is the sweetest and kindest to work with and is meticulous in her craft. I had my dress hemmed, and taken in around the rib cage and hips to hug my body while still leaving room to dance. Eloisa was very receptive to feedback and took as many appointments as I needed to ensure I was confident with the final product. She also nailed the two layers of bustle that I wanted. She supplies her own undergarment options which saved me after I’d tried many other brands that I didn’t like. I’m addition to my wedding dress, Eloisa altered my bridesmaid dress for a friend’s wedding as well as my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner dresses at an unbeatable price. I have since taken another dress to her to get hemmed since she is my trusted go-to tailor for all my clothing needs! Can’t recommend her enough!! Service: Alterations

Eloisa is an artist when it comes to design and alterations. Her expertise, tenure, and love for wedding design/alterations is unmatched. Please don’t hesitate in trusting her to make alterations. She is truly one of a kind! My ceremony will take place in late March 2022- I’ll be back with photos on how she redid the bodice of my dress to match my frame. She will alter your dress as if she designed it from the beginning.

Eloisa altered my bridal gown to fit me perfectly. She made sure to get every detail right. She also altered my mom’s 80’s wedding dress for my rehearsal - she made it modern but kept its original beauty.

Eloisa is amazing!!! I was so nervous getting my wedding dress tailored because of the intricate designs and pattern on the top of the dress. Eloisa was able to remove several inches of fabric from chest area of my dress and alter the cup size to make it smaller (I'm a b cup and the original cups were too big) without changing the appearance of the dress or the pattern. I got so many compliments at my wedding on how well my dress fit, and multiple people told me it looked like the dress was made for me. On top of that, Eloisa was able to schedule an appointment for me on short notice, was extremely responsive, and was so flexible and accommodating to my schedule.
