Living here since 2007 and is getting worse and worse, dirty streets, lots of unused cars in front of my house, it just to be pretty nice, i’m planning to move as soon as posible, i’m not paying more than 1,000 for a place that is getting so gueto. I feel embarrassed to invite friends over, my street is always full of car’s... no words to describe it’s ugly now.

Nice, neat, relatively quiet given it's got families. Beautiful playground, if only folks would stop littering and dropping cigarette butts etc. Too many cars on the streets, I guess that comes with large families
