Excellent Stucco Repair company! I recently need stucco remediation to prepare my townhome for sale and the team at Maroma Homes did a great job! From the initial consultation, to prompt scheduling of the work, the quality and attention to detail and even the remediation of the underlying substrate and replacement of the slate tile on the balcony, to the follow up once work was completed, the team was wonderful to work with. They stand behind their work with a warranty that was transferable to the new owners and I highly recommend them if you need quality stucco work done.

Omar and the Maroma home crew were awesome. I needed stucco work done on my home after a stucco inspection revealed some high moisture areas. I met with numerous contractors who gave me outrageous bids. Omar showed up to first appointment to give me an estimate right on time and he and his guy took measurements and provided me with by far the fairest price. Couldn’t be happier with the stucco work either. Will keep his number handy for sure. Highly recommend this crew!

I’m very satisfied with the results of work performed by Maroma Homes. Work scope included stucco repairs, exterior painting, framing, and the demo and rebuild of my second floor balcony including new drains and floor tile. All work was performed in a professional manner, and I could rely on the workers arriving on schedule and being very productive each day. There was never a complaint or argument when I pointed out small issues, which were addressed quickly. The end of project clean up was very good.

Excellent work and very professional. The first time we worked with this company they put hardwood floors in our downstairs. Their work is amazing. Very professional!!! The next time we used this company is when they came to fix a problem that another contractor messed up. We decided to add a patio to our home. The first contractor that we used did not do what they promised. My husband called Maroma and they came to the rescue. They were able to fix the problems from the previous contractor as well as complete the job. Our patio is beautiful!!!! The guys were so sweet and very professional. They communicated with us through the entire process to ensure we were satisfied. They cleaned and cleared the area that they worked on when everything was completed. We will definitely use them again for our next projects.

I am very happy with the work done by Maroma Homes. We had most of our stucco replaced on our home as there was evidence of moisture build up under the stucco. Maroma came out to my house, surveyed the area to be repaired and went over the stucco inspection report with me. Based on the inspection report, they recommended repairs and prepared a bid. Jesus and his team were great. Very professional and thorough. The stucco work was over the AC and Jesus let us know so we could turn off the AC. His team draped over the units t prevent damage from debris failing in and around the coils. They did a great job matching the paint and the finished job looks amazing! I highly recommend Maroma Homes for any stucco work. Knowing that they are a complete custom home builder, I will be contacting them again for any home repairs or additions.
