The lady who answers the phone is so unprofessional and rude. They should be embarrassed to have an employee like her. Picking up a towed car is already stressful, and her ghetto attitude makes it 10X worse. Could not imagine staying at a job that you're obviously so unhappy at. Zero stars if I could.

It's an impound lot. Make sure if you're needing a tow truck to remove your vehicle that the tow driver knows. I had 2 tow trucks that didn't have a permit to remove the vehicle. Save yourself several hours by informing them first. Don't expect 5 star service it's an impound lot.

This business is a sham and is likely up to illegal business. Whoever the lady is at the desk wants nothing more than to be rude to everyone who comes anywhere near them, she has no interest in helping you or even being a good person. They are towing vehicles as a means of stealing your money. If you ever have to deal with this facility, then good luck. Pray to God they never get a hold of anything you own. If there is anything right in this city they will be shut down soon.
Also, the lady at the desk threatened my fiance. She felt held there against her will while paying and she felt she had to pay (a rate which they bumped up after she got there so they could just keep increasing it or not give her car back) or she wouldn't get out of that facility safely. She wouldn't let me in to keep my fiance safe, so she had to go in alone and that lady took advantage of her. She should be ashamed of herself doing that to another innocent woman.
