We needed approx 30+ new windows and got several quotes from various companies. AllState were by far the most reasonably priced, plus could also do siding work that we needed too. Patrick happily provided us other clients for references and those we called on were pleased with their results. The crew that installed the windows were on time, courteous, extremely efficient and got the job done. I was expecting it to be chaosbeing home with two little ones and envisioned loads of clean up afterwards. But their prep work was excellent and they replaced everything they had to move (blinds, pictures etc) plus they did such a great job cleaning up each room as they finished. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend! We also had the siding replaced on the back of the house and side of the garage. The walkway between the house and garage was totally transformed exactly as we requested. The three man team of Lita, Anderson and Francisco were extremely professional, punctual, very accommodating working with our design and did a great job cleaning up each day. Had a full siding job completed. Work was fair but would not recommend. Don't expect much as they are mainly concerned with getting their money and not the customer. Needed to stay on top of the installation team during the entire process. Poor quality control and detail. Poor work is covered heavily with caulk. Clean up is very poor. Installers use a blower and do not pick up old siding pieces or trash. There is a Project Manager but they do not show up before or after the work. No follow up after the job is completed.

Patrick came out gave me a price. He is truly one of a kind. Tina in the front office is the nicest person to talk to professional all the way. Juan and crew were fantastic! Great work! No more noise from outside caulking was excellent. Electric bill dropped over 100.00 in July and August. Need windows call Patrick honest genuine and sincere. I cant be happier!!! A friend recommended All-State windows after they replaced all of her windows due to their high quality of work and great price. I have been having issues with controlling humidity in my home. When Patrick came out, it was evident that he was trying figure out how his services could solve our problem. He wasnt just here to make a sale, and it showed. I was very impressed.

READ PARAGRAPH 3. We called Allstate Siding & Windows in May / June while we were getting bids for Windows in Alvin. Patrick came by and went through with us what we were looking to have done. He did not bad-mouth any other companies (others we spoke with did), he just laid out options for us and gave us time to research the quality of work they provide. We decided - after meeting with others - that we were going to entrust our home's windows to Patrick and the team at Allstate Siding and Windows and I couldn't be happier. After making that decision, we were kept in the loop on everything from the start date of the manufacturer to the expected delivery date of the windows windows. I heard from them no less than once a month with an update, even if there wasn't a major update. Then the day came when we got new windows. We were told that the install team would be on site between 7:30 & 8:30 in the morning. They arrived at 7:30. Punctuality matters. The gentlemen that completed the work kept me updated on what to expect the whole time in terms of noise and the goings on - which was great for us with a baby in the house. They kept their work areas clean, left no trash behind - actually left the place cleaner than when they showed up... my bad - and made sure that everything was done to mine and my wife's liking. The team was very courteous, polite, seemed to love what they do and brought a "can do" attitude to their work. We cannot possibly speak highly enough of Allstate Siding and Windows and will use them again with our next home. They are the best.
