      image I was promised a sign for pickup on Friday, 1/15/16. I received a call/ message at 3:39 informing me it was ready for pickup, and they would be closing at 4pm. They close at 5pm, and I specifically told Shannon I would be there before 5, as I work at least 40 minutes away. It was for a parade on Monday, they are closed on Saturday, and I must register by 8:30am on Monday, and they still won't be open then either.
      I am BEYOND PISSED!
      Promises made to customers, must be kept. I will blast this company every time I get. Really?
