First visit, I walked in, employee watching a customer try on a shoe, looked me in the face and didn't say a word....so then I have to find someone who can help me....
Fast forward the same thing happened when me and my wife was there. This time it was 3 employees that looked at us while watching a customer try on shoes.
My expectations is not for them to stop helping that customer and tend to my needs, however I do expect them to acknowledge my presence and let me someone would assist me shortly. I got none of that.
On a brighter note, the shoes my wife wanted were full price, we walked out the store and couple days later we went to the outlet mall and the same shoes were 40% off and we were treated much better.
