I stop by the Galleria Finish line I had to stand in line for what felt like 15 minutes or longer before I was acknowledged. I know it's the holiday season, as I'm full of cheer. The store wasn't crowded. There were more than two employees working. The manager "Amanda" was moving displays around on the floor as her customers stood patiently waiting in line. It wasn't until the clerk inquired her assistants that she made any efforts to assist the customers. Once she came to assist the young lady made it a point to help the next customer. One would have thought she was the manager being that she had such good customer service skills. The manager Amanda spoke rudely to the Guest when assisting them. She was wearing a Victoria Secret Pink collection sweater had the young lady not stated let me ask my manager no one would have known she was an employee let alone a manager. She was on the floor moving things around as if she was an outside vendor, not a finish line employee (manager). The way she express her opinion while assisting customers with her blunt, unpleasant, unprofessional attitude, is unacceptable. Im not sure if Ms. Amanda is seasonal are not, however moving forward from a professional perspective Ms. Amanda is in need of customer service etiquette.
