        The customer service is horrible here. The people who work here are illiterate! We spent 500 dollars here and our order never got delivered. When we tried to come back and fix the issue the rep spent forever trying to figure it out and was not helpful at all.

        Mariam McGee feedback. Terrible service. It was almost as she didn't want to do her job. I needed a refund and she kept giving me excuses and wouldn't do her job. Just terrible.

        Very nice shoes, excellent materials and if there is a problem they fix right away. They shipped some shoes and forgot the bag they kept so they gave me 2. I recieved my first pair as a gift almost 20 years ago and they still look great and get worn pretty often.
