I visited this Journey's store at Willowbrook Mall for first time. I was attended by a very kind and very polite employee her name Alexa. But suddenly appeared a guy, his name Kent or Ken, very rude and very disrespectful with the employee and with me. I just bought one thing , because I wanted to leave the store immediately because this guy actitud. If he doesn't like this kind of work, just QUIT.

The manager Ken really took care of my issue, as a busy person I really appreciate that he went up and beyond to correct my shoe order. Not only did he take care of my kids shoes we got the shoes in less than two days! I will keep this in mind when buying my kids shoes. Thank you so Much Ken!!!
