        I went in because another store told me they may have the shoe I was looking for in stock. I asked the guy and he said no, so I asked if he could check to see if any other stores may have it and he told me to hold on, I stood there waiting as he was on his cell phone. He didn’t even ask the other worker to help me so I can go about my day. So I just left and he didn’t even care. Poor service at this location.

        I love it. After driving all over Houston I decided to call a few stores. A few of them said they couldn't tell me what was in stock I'de just have to come in....But this store asked what was I looking for and they would be happy to hold that one size left in stock for me. I love their attitudes. When I made it there I was greeted by quite a few employees. Thanks for your superb service and going the extra mile.
