Revamped Security - ADT Authorized Dealer

Mark was a dream to work with , crazy smart and helpful. I have thought of adt as kinda pricey in the past , but it actually wasnt that bad for the peace of mind you gain. And with reps like him , you actually feel good about your purchase . Highly recommend! Thanks again mark !!

It was great sold me at first especially district manager joe being able to relate as a veteran and my husband being a disabled veteran as a new home owner but I was expecting to get what I was offered originally from a different licensed ADT dealer whom was contracted by veterans United at a better offer. I just hadnt gotten around to contacting them back so I went with revamp security. They were all nice but then I noticed it wasnt the quality of cameras I was expecting when I called to have them pick up the equipment the district manager Joe never answered my calls after. Hes say he was with a customer through a text Id reply with my issue but wouldnt hear back. I ended up getting a number from revamp on google which I called and the lady on line was able to contact him immediately on the other line! Whoa. Got the equipment removed but now I have wires. Left sticking out whole in my wall which I didnt know was going to be made the technician was nice but careless when removing the equipment. I am left with no door bell not even the original one just wires out paint peeled off from my door. I havent heard back from district manager Joe after calling him and sending him a message with pictures included. I have since been contacted by someone asking how I was enjoying the cameras and I explained my issue to them. They wrote a report and now I am currently waiting a response.
