Gate Openers Direct

I installed a viking chain drive gate opener in 2010, replaced back up battery sometime later, I've called on some issues and always received excellent answers so I could keep it working, these people are always ready to help any way they can.i can't express enough what the word service means from these people, thanks for great job

I bought a gate opening system from Gate Openers Direct about 10 maybe 12 years ago. I got a control panel/box, an outward swing arm, a gate lock and a few remote controls. About 6 years ago I added a keypad for family and guest to get in. Then about 4 years ago I added a second keypad to get out. Here I am years later and my system is working like new. This system is able to do so much. I am not tech savvy, so when I run into things that I want to add or do to this system that I do not understand, the customer service at this company is impeccable. They walk me through everything until I get it. I could not be happier with a company. They get 10 stars.

Great service and delivery, very courteous sales rep. I placed the order Friday afternoon, supposed to be a 2 day delivery. Received on Saturday at 10 AM. Had controller installed and working by 11AM.

Jay came through for me today! After 4 years of purchasing my gate opener from him and recent battery issues, I called to see if there was anyway to troubleshoot my panel over the phone. Jay stepped right up and walked me through every possible issue. 10 mins later we had an operational gate! I can relax now when wife is home alone…… Cant express how satisfied I am with this level of customer service.
