        Working for Twin City is great! Management is very professional and they take care of their employees. Health benefits and Paid Vacations... I've never had a paid vacation before. Really think they are one of the best security companies to work for.

        Not a good company to work for if you are looking for professionalism. They favor military experience over training when clearly they have had little weapons training. As a customer I can see the benefits because they are cheap and don't pay well as long as you can deal with the high turnover rates and un professional supervision.
