Stay away Decor was nice Food was awful, service was terrible. Won't be going back. 40 minutes to receive apps, which didn't taste great- the mojito shrimp tasted like shrimp and a shot of everclear, the oysters were the worst I have ever had, clearly frozen. I ordered the burger- bread was rock hard and the meat had gristle in it (had to chew through fat on multiple bites- eventually gave up). Even the ice tea had a weird taste. They have an open kitchen, we could see the cook texting while he cooked (that's a first). The food reflected this.

A couple appetizers were the best I've ever had: humus and beef brochettes, and zuchini salmon rolls were up there too. I didn't get to enjoy a full dinner, but will return. A nice upscale decor. Excellent drinks and wonderful service from Kim, while Roman seemed to oversee a great atmosphere.

Food was mediocre, dry eggs, excessively heat lamp'd looking plate, bacon was cooked to death. They messed up our order, service was horrible, had to ask for water refills, and chase the waiter down to pay. Wait staff spent more time on the other side of the bar chatting than servicing customers. Hard to believe this restaurant is owned by the same folks as Ouisie's Table...

Management and staff were perfectly accommodating however this food was some of the worst I've ever had in Houston. They removed all the fantastic items such as the meatloaf with glazed carrots and the stuffed snapper. At first look the menu seems interesting and fun but after ordering three small plates to get a broad stroke of what the restaurant had to offer my fiance and I were thoroughly disappointed. I won't go into detail beacuse it would just make me seem overly critical but the fact is the menu is awful, the "Moroccan" swing does not work, makes no sense and honestly the chicken was as dry as tree bark & that is NOT an exaggeration. Risotto on Shrimp At War was sour... Pork chorizo with cubed avocado was simply absurd ! Please please please bring back the Ouisies Classics ! Very unfortunate indeed...
