They threatened to cancel because the lady messed up paperwork on billing address causing insurer not to want to continue insurance. Then she seemed indifferent when I came to write a statement and said that they may or may not accept statement and that it was illegible, until she saw the part where I included her service, or lack thereof, in my statement. Also, Every time you want to change cars it's a $55 fee. WHY???
