Xtrac Restoration

House flooded due to frozen pipe. Xtrac Restoration removed and replaced all damaged flooring, walls, doors, trim, insulation, etc. They also converted a closet to a bathroom. All work was done on time, on budget and with good quality. I would use them again if I ever had a similar need.

I used Xtrac for mitigation services and rebuild following the freeze in February. Overall, my experience was a very positive one. Michael handled the insurance issues, Frank oversaw the operations, and Carlos was very responsive with his work crews. They did everything from repair walls and ceilings to installing hardwood floors, painting, carpeting, and a complete new shower. They worked patiently with me throughout the process and were very flexible in accommodating my work needs. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to use Xtrac again in the future. Services: Roadworks, Mould removal, Water damage cleanup

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD THINKING IT WAS THE RIGHT DECISION I ENDED UP PAYING FOR THE MOST TERRIBLE JOB DONE AT MY HOUSE. THEY ALL LIE TO YOU AND CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY NOR YOUR INSURANCE FOR THIS TYPE OF JOB. IS CHEAPER TO FIND YOURSELF SOMEONE WITH BETTER EXPERIENCE THEN TGIS TYPE OF BUSINESS. GUY NAME MIKE TRYES TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOU. THE OWNER NEVER AVAILABLE AND TGE WIFE CAROLINA VERY RUDE SHE SAW THE JOB DONE WHICH IS WAS TRASH AND VERY DISAPPOINTED CAN'T GET OVER IT YET. THEY CHARGE ME OVER 16,000 FOR A TRASHY JOB.
