Wow I can't eat here ever again. I have been a chef for over 20 yrs and what I saw today was the worst I had ever seen. Let's start with the least offensive. We sat by the grill area and I had a great view of the grill cook eating and touching his face and never one wash his hand. So no grilled near for our table. Next the sushi was not kept in a cold stationmy wife had pounded out that her sushi was warm. So I went to the counter where they keep the sushi and it was actually warm to the touch. Then I watched the cook at the sushi bar putthe left over pieces on top of the new one and wrap it for dinner service.we come in just before lunch ended. When I asked the manager about this he said it's how they do it there. Third and most disturbing,I had to get up and ask for a refill so I walked over to where I saw a server bussing plates and I saw her scrape food from the plate with her bare hands. Then lick her fingers and walk back into the restaurant with out washing her hand.then she took my glad by the rim fingers inside my cup. At this point I lost it I went to the manager and told him the things I saw. He could care less about what I was saying. That's just bad business. I urge everyoneto please be careful when eating there. This place used to be Mt favorite but now I'll never east there again.they are going to get alot of People such and maybe even kill someone.

Quality of food has dramatically gone down. Unless you want the Brazilian offerings, go to Tokyo 1 instead.

Expensive for dinner buffet, but it has sushi and more. Great selection.
