JOE'S CRAB SHACK

Worst Joe's I have ever eaten at! I have eaten at Joe's in a few different locations and the food and service has always been pretty good. At this location the food took at least 45 minutes and I finally had to tell the waiter to either bring my food or my check so I could go back to work. When he did bring my food, he brought the wrong kind of crab. I had a very simple order, queen crab with no seasoning. I know it only takes 5 minutes to cook crab because I do it at home. I also saw another table get up and leave because they never got their food. DO NOT GO HERE ON A LUNCH BREAK!!!! You will not be able to eat and get back to work on time!!!!

Served rotting crab opened the claw to be blasted in the nose with the odor of ammonia. Asked the general manager if they had beeritas she said no. later while we were waiting over 30 minutes for an appetizer we see coronaritas on the drink menu call over the gm she said to bad we asked for bullrutas and they don't serve those wtf? Our server was mortified poor kid but she did everything she could do to help night manager took our entrees off the ticket we suggested they find employment elsewhere the general manager doesn't deserve them it was empty on a friday night now we know why ill never go back b I'm about done with the whole landrys chain anyways

Had to wait 40 mins for appetizer...and even longer for food and when it came out fries were old and reheated and u can tell my food sat in the window forver bc coleslaw which is suppose to be cold was boiling along with the tarter and cocktail sauce......cold items shouldnt come out on your plate boiling! Server didnt know anything about the menu either...we will NEVER return!!!!!!

Offered 2 appetizers and shrimp was dry. Ordered double dip it was cold and just gross. Very disappointing.

From the "salad" that presented as an iceberg lettuce bowl with 2 tomatoes, to the bland, rubbery calamari, the overly cheesy "crab bisque" the chewy lobster tail that felt like the texture of a racquet ball, and finally to the mushy, gooey glob of what was supposed to be "apple crumble" the entire meal was not just a disappointment but a ridiculously expensive piece of torture for my mouth. I will NEVER eat here again!!
