I like this place; the interior design is very inviting and they have fabric napkins and quality diches. I like the food also, and they cater good wines. Thats could be easily 5 stars.. However (and this is the reason of this review), when we come and be unlucky enough to get one of the waitress (afro-american girl in her twenties) , I could tell that 80% of enjoyment of this restaurant will be spoiled. She never comes to check on you until she thinks it is a time to bring a bill, that she does without asking you if you are finished. She would not clean the table and take out the empty dishes, but will come to check regularly if we are going to leave already. When we would ask for a dessert cart saying that we was not going to leave yet, she mumbles something like " oh fine.." The place is 75% empty, so I can't say that by staying more than 40 minutes we would leave them out of profit. Really awkward experience. It had happen to me at least three times, actually each time we were served by her.. I gave three stars for the food and place, because this made me come again each time. If I will find a place similar in terms of food and interior, I would go there instead..

Extremely rude and was told that they don't care about my 5 year old daughter's serious food allergies. I tried to provide a list of 5 (five!) ingredients that will send her into anaphylactic shock, and was told to "look at the menu", which lists "whether the dish is gluten-free or not", as if we were participating in some sort of fad, rather than avoiding certain death of a small child. It took me 15 seconds to list what she is allergic to (nuts and seeds and associated oils - how hard and time consuming was that?!) and was told point blank that he didn't have time for such detailed questions. So not only do they not care about their customers, but they also clearly have no idea what's in their food, in spite of their advertised concern for such things. Don't be fooled by "organic" in the name; just take a look at their website, whose top/center banner proudly proclaims: "Franchise opportunities available!". Where do you think their priorities lie? Avoid at all costs if you truly care about actually knowing what is in your food (and the well-being of your family). PS Their restaurant looks like a German biergarten for some reason. Also every car in the parking lot was a white Lexus, which was pretty telling, now that I think about it.
