The taco salad was horrible!!! Meat was cold!!! Cheap napkins, cheap utensils and $.35 for water. You pay $2.09 for soda and $.75 for a refill!!! I haven’t been here in years and now iI remember why!!! Food is horrible and over priced for the quality and quantity!!! The staff messed up on our order and we couldn’t get rice on our Taco Salad without an up charge and since they messed up on our order we requested the rice to fix our order and they denied it. Old food, Didn’t even finish our food. Praying that we don’t get sick!! Don’t go this Ninfa’s in the tunnel next to Wendy’s.

I’m not sure how this place is still open, however I definitely see why other places in the tunnel are crowded and this one is not. Food is mediocre at best and there service is the worst. They are rude. They can be very stingy with portions of meat and cheese. I asked for more cheese because she only sprinkled just a bit. She rolled her eyes. I advised I can pay for more. She huffed and puffed as if to show she didn’t want to fulfill the request. I had stopped going to this place and now they rekindled the idea of why I did stop. There are literally hundreds of other stops. They won’t miss my money, and I won’t miss there food. Good riddance!

Wish i could give this place a negative rating. The ladies here have terrible attitudes even when you offer to pay for extra refried beans or cheese they give you an attitude. The place is not cheap I don't understand how it has managed to stay open so long. My advise when you come here be ready to accept a bad attitude do not dare ask for anything extra and be prepared for the very little portions they serve. The nachos are terrible they will give you mainly tortilla cheaps with a little bit of meat.
