Horrible service RUN! THE younger WAITRESS Shelia I think was her name yelled at me tonight. I walked away as she continued to argue. She literally had my son and I sit there and wait an hour . She was more interested in waiting on larger tables that would give her a bigger tip.... I'm assuming. I had to wave her down after she passed us by 3x times. She ignored me and wouldn't take my order until I asked her. I got a very strange vibe from the moment I saw her shortness.. IHOP If you get a crew of people and others investigating this place in the future and reviewing know that I sent them. I do not tolerate disrespect. Houston Food Reviewer.

I walked in & stood at the 'Please wait to be seated' sign for 20 minutes.
Only 1 in 5 tables with guests.
Only one waiter & no one to sit guests.
The table she put me at was clearly broken and I'm 6ft. This IHOP has professionalism and no integrity.
The entire floor was extremely sticky and you heard every step you took including everyone else's. Decusting!
This Mexican female waiter was clearly not a people person and never was remotely friendly. I felt so uncomfortable and stuck to the floor.

Slo para ver si es un problema de toda la cadena, volvi a IHop. Ayer 28 de junio estuve en el que est cerca a Katy Mills y hoy fui a este, ubicado sobre la i-10. La mesera fue muy agradable. Pero cuando le comentamos sobre el psimo servicio en el otro restaurant no se extra tanto, como esperbamos, cuando le dijimos que vimos una cucaracha entre las mesas.
