Richard is the patriarch of our family and, because of the strength of his relationships and gentle spirit, he earned the nickname Padna by all who know him. He was inspired to take that feeling of warm hospitality, mix it up with incredible Cajun delicacies, and introduce it to the wider world.He began with a seafood market in Washington D.C. where he offered catering for the more discerning palettes in our nations capital. Now in Houston, Padna is introducing his passion for amazing and authentic Cajun eats, in an atmosphere thats friendly and welcoming to everyone.
