Texas Restaurant Equipment

We buy so much of our equipment through TRE- they have really great prices. I also had an issue with a small part on a cooler I recently purchased. They were able to send a technician out to fix it for us under warranty, and the communication from the team was fantastic (informing me of delays and such). Highly recommend this company!

On 12/15/20, auction was Manipulated by taking Items around number 4135 from about 23 minutes left to bid immediately to Auction Ended giving No Opportunity to bid or rebid. I called the office and their response was they have no control over it. It is run by computer. Staff tried to explain about 3 minutes auction endings and 5 minutes with no bids rules which were not true. These explanations have nothing to do with items that were not scheduled to end at auction for 23 minutes. What kind of BS are they trying to sell. They are responsible for the Auction, the computer, the disappointing customer service and the results of the auction. Caution in San Antonio. Very disappointed.
