        Every single time we have talked to the hoa including the president as well as Susan they are very rude! They need to be more friendly just because it's a volunteer job doesn't mean they need to be rude! We need more friendly people

        I've lived in the neighborhood since 2013. I can't ever get someone to answer a phone call ever. We can't blame this on Covid, so what's going on here? The HOA fees are accepted swiftly but I can't get a call back.
