Israel and Bernice are absolutely awesome! We had a very complicated situation and Mr. Deeds got it all handled. Very professional, lots of communication and true to their word. I highly recommend Mr. Deeds to anyone selling a home!

Had the opportunity to recently sell our Condo in Houston to Mr. Deeds Buys Homes. We had the good fortune to work with some great staff, specifically with Israel Guerrero and Bernice Cedillo. To say that they are both very professional and very responsive is understated, as they both are highly professional and responsive, but coupled with a gift of a “customer service oriented attitude.”Both communicated frequently every detail of the purchase and let us know where we were in the process from the purchase offer, to the title company’s work, to the status of deed review, to the financial details, and on and on. It made the total process seamless and most enjoyable. They treated us like family and made us feel like we had known each other forever. We highly recommend the Mr. Deeds Buys Homes in general, and specifically, Israel Guerrero and Bernice Cedillo. It was indeed a totally professional and pleasant experience, secondly only to their customer friendly demeanor, knowledge, and skills of their jobs. It’s not hard to witness their dedication to their profession and love of working with people. Israel and Bernice, words of “thanks” seem hardly sufficient to express Linda and my appreciation, but with this in mind, we humbly but sincerely say Danke, Merci, Mahalo, Graci, muchas Gracias, and “Thank You” for all your hard, but pleasing work, you both blessed us with. Y'all took all the information we gave y'all .Used it as proof for the other side .You guys just found a random person to say no payment was made she had no evidence that she was a related we saw no proof of this .Y'all ripped my family off. You reep what you sew peace be upon you all involved 30 year old records old people can't see or read very little education Don't Use Mr Deeds to sell your house Run as fast as you can🏃‍♀️🏃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃🏃‍♀️

I Really thought that my family was in good hands with this business but boy was I wrong Israel Guerrero took advantage of elderly siblings ripped them off I recommend you never use Mr Deeds don't explain and make things clear to elderly people you have to do all of the work yourself they tell you they do this they do that but that's not the case. As far as I'm concerned very poor service not professional at all do not deal with these people it's a rip off poor value poor all the thing he told us he went back on his word and said he never said that record your conversation I urge you horrible experience I'm just glad it's finally over God is not please with this type of conduct I do not like all of the above about this business
