Where do I begin? Maybe I should talk about the withdrawal symptoms I’m having because they declined my refill request... TWICE. Or how about how I just sat on hold for the lady to pick up and act like she couldn’t hear me to hang up in my face. Or the fact that I left a voicemail 6 days ago (during office hours) and I still haven’t received a call back. Yeah I’ll start there...

Front staff is pretty curt, if not downright rude, sometimes, and kind of unique (I love when I walk in and they are yelling back and forth at the top of their lungs), and while Dr. Donskaya has always spent time listening, I feel that she switches medication too quickly and puts you on too much. She is also almost always late, sometimes as much as a half an hour!

They are poorly organized. Receptionists have a negative attitude. Frequently run 30 minutes late for appointments

This office is ridiculously unorganized and cannot seem to process claims/payments correctly. I have been trying to get a refund from them for 8 months now and they have refused to give it to me, even though my insurance company (who they are contracted in network with) and my EOB states I owe less than what they already collected from me. The insurance company has already paid their portion and I have already paid more than my portion. I called them with the insurance company on the line so that they could help me make them understand what was really going on and they refused to look at the facts, refused to give me a refund, and refused to speak about the situation stating “we have patients that we need to take payment from and process claims for, I cannot deal with this on a Friday, you need to call back on a Wednesday; I have a job to do right now.” AS IF IT WASN’T HER JOB TO DEAL WITH THE INCORRECT BILLING OF HER OWN OFFICE. When I let her know that we were patients too and reiterated that I previously called on a Wednesday and they were not able to help that day either, she hung up on us!! The way they have handled this situation is absolutely unacceptable. Every time I’ve tried to call them for the last 8 months they have said that they will have to call me back. Then when they call me back they say that my insurance says something different and therefore cannot give me the refund back. And when I get the insurance on the phone with them they just refuse to talk to us. I would not recommend this office simply because of the way they do business. And if you choose to do business with them, I hope you don’t overpay cause they are super shady. Trying to get your refund back is proving to be a long drawn out process; even when you have the insurance on the line with you and an EOB for them to lay eyes on!!!

The best thing about getting to a point and getting help for depression is for you to confirm your appointment twice, take off work and get to the clinic and the old senile woman who doesn't know who she calls or what day it is tell you that you cancelled an appointment with her, when she wasn't the last person you spoke with. Even better that the Dr. cannot see you, because if you didn't feel insignificant enough - you need proof. Fortunately this office lived up to the Google reviews and I'm back to the drawing board. Save yourself some time, as the receptionist may or may not cancel your appointment and tell you that they talked to you although you have no proof of cancelling the appointment you showed up for. Also, seems a common thread that "people are just cancelling". That's how I got my original appointment for Monday on a Thursday. Maybe there needs to be a new receptionist that able to correctly perform all duties of the job. original review on 3/19/18, updated on 1/14/2020
