        Ive never dealt with a more unprofessional staff. NUMEROUS calls to the office unreturned. Once my landlord got involved action was taken. I went into the office to finally receive a working remote to be called a liar by Carmen and treated as if I was a child being told to be quiet by the receptionist so new potential business couldnt hear the issue at hand. I work in customer service and would NEVER consider having a staff like that represent me or my business. ***** Added note: the remote they have given me does not work. Not to my surprise at all considering my experience!
