I have made 7 SEVEN! formal complaints about my upstairs neighbor stomping/ walking hard and nothing has been done over two months. I am woken up before 8 am almost daily when I work nights. My partner and I are disturbed between 9p-12a when this person gets home and decides to scrape furniture and walk hard. I’ve been told to get proof by recording the stomping or having a team member enter my apartment to listen for themselves ???? Are you kidding me?!? First off, this happens usually outside of business hours as we have no door person or 24 hour staff, 2. I don’t want and shouldn’t have to have anyone enter my home ??? I am 29 years old and don’t know this person from a can of paint, I can ensure I am not trying to ruin a random persons experience here… we have a fountain in the pool that you can hear throughout the entire apartment which I love however, this ambient noise prevents any stomping noise capture. I have an iPhone, not a professional grade earthquake detector… the proof is my 7 complaints and simply being awake 3 hours after going to sleep ???? I go to work, I pay my bills and I expect peace in the place I call home. I’m fully aware people walk differently and are raised differently but the fact nothing has been done by management after 7 complaints is beyond unprofessional. Pretty soon I’m going to start involving the police. I do not enjoy living here and I want to leave immediately.

Very good and friendly staff, anytime we need anything the staff is amazing and fast. We have been here 3 years and had no issues with anything and everything is always clean and chill.

Looks beautiful but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid admin and application fees to 36Sixty and they still leased the apartment that I was guaranteed to someone else. The told me they would refund my admin fee but not the application fee. Money hungry (can’t imagine how many hidden fees they might have). Never set foot in the place but the staff is not responsive or professional. You’ll have to call them multiple times for updates and they aren’t very friendly or informative unless you speak with a manger. I’m happy that I at least learned this before I moved in.
