The Oaks at Wayside

They never answer their phone, unsure if they've changed the number from the website, but, i cant even leave a voicemail did want to waste that drive and they dont have the unite available to view, been trying all day.

I haven’t even moved in. I move today at 5pm and I’m already ready to move out. The process thus far has been horrendous. I was misinformed about the internet service options (which is a huge concern to me working from home) and literally 48 hours from moving in (from Dallas to Houston btw) I was told I could either move to the Magnolia Park apts for $100 more OR I could forfeit my no refundable fees and move elsewhere. I asked for Miriams supervisor to call me back. As I wouldn’t mind move to the other property if they met me half way at $1350 but to be forced to pay $100 more for something that is not my fault or nonchalantly being offered a refund (minus the background check/ paperwork) is disappointing and doesn’t serve the customer who was not at fault. Then I was told they would honor everything if I had an email… that is literally questioning my integrity. Total slap in the face. I would not go through all this trouble for a “lie” when we are all adults. So now I’m forced to stay at Oaks at Wayside and pay $50 more a month just to get high speed internet so I can work and pay bills. I switched from a 12 month to a 9 month lease and will NOT be renewing .

Recently moved in and i am in LOVE ! It’s a very calm place because i rarely see anybody but the people i’ve interacted with are very nice. Management is always on top of everything, every problem i’ve had they always take care of it immediately. Also i have not seen not 1 roach since i moved in so the people who said that are either bitter or dirty.
