For the past 4 years I have lived in 4 different complexes and by far this is one of the worst complexes I have ever lived in. They only have one maintenance guy running the property and I haven’t even been here for one month and they are already charging me late fees everyday. I highly don’t recommend to not live here.

This is the most dangerous place you can live in Houston. The current management is terrible, they have no cameras, no security, and there gate has been broken for a year now and still haven’t fix anything. Very very bad place and totally not safe. Just this year alone there was four cars got broken into.

The apartment itself is not bad for the price I pay, but I don't recommend this apartment complex in general because of its other tenants. That's the environment you and your children want to avoid. Not clean, your belongings will be easily stolen, your delivered parcels too, at night you might hear gunshots very close to you, next door; some tenants are criminal looking young guys who will behave very arrogantly in front of you. And my car was vandalized many times (it's children of neighbors who always run unattended in the parking lots), I got $1500-1700 damage, I even had to call police. It is definitely not a quiet and peaceful place. UPD: Our neighbours also smoke marijuana very often. The smell is very noticeable inside my apartment especially on weekends from 9 pm to 1 am.
