Maria Gallardo is simply amazing!!! I am the owner of Roofy’s Roofs construction company. Our main source of business comes directly from Homeowners and Multifamily Home Property Management companies. I am leaving this comment because I would like to say what a pleasure it was, and we hope it continues to be for many years to come to work with Maria Gallardo. Maria has been a joy to work with. As a business owner certain aspect of being a vendor can be complicated and filled with questions. Maria took the stress out of what can often be a high-demand operation on my behalf. Although she has many important duties she is responsible for as I can only assume, she always manage to take the time out to address all my individual concerns, to which I will always be grateful. I have no doubt she fights for me and treats my company with respect. It is far and in between the property management companies in our area that maintain such a high standard of business operations and amazing employees like Maria. Thank you Ms. Gallardo for all you do and thank you Green Residential for having such a great person as part of your organization.
