We had Texans Water Heaters replacing our 2 old water heater tanks with a tankless Navien NPE 240A-2 system on Feb 6th, and they definitely earned a well-deserved 5 stars from us! The front office (Brandy) was very helpful, courteous, and providing us with a quick and competitive quote. The technicians (Jose and Carlos) did an excellent job removing the old tanks and installing the new system. They were on time as scheduled, answering all the questions I had, and very skilled and professional during the entire process. I'd definitely recommend Texans Water Heaters to anyone.

They did a very fine job installing my new gas water heater that I bought. The response time was excellent and handled every detail professionally, I've used ABACUS in the past for general plumbing and they are crazy expensive in fact this job through ABACUS would've cost three times as much...

Our water heater needed replacement (was old from original home build and the pilot light kept on going out) and Texans Water Heaters was able to come out quickly, within hours of messaging on Yelp and replace. The team replacing the water heater was prompt and efficient and got the job done in about 2 hours.

I was lucky enough to have time to research different companies for my water heater replacement THIS time.  Last time, however, my water heater flooded one of my bedrooms and I had to call for an emergency repair which cost me considerably more than I expected.  I chose Texans not only because their price was the lowest, but because they took the time to explain what was going to be done, and how much I'd pay; not a penny more.  They patiently waited while I continued to get other quotes and were never pushy.  Moreover, both Joe & Brandy were a pleasure to talk with & we discovered we had some things in common.  I did all the legwork so you don't have to.  Texans was the best, fastest, professional, AND most affordable.  Thanks Joe & Brandy!

This company is highly rated, so I called. A minute later I had an excellent quote to replace our water heater. I wanted a Tuesday install. Jose & Carlos were prompt, professional, courteous, transparent & finished in 2 hours. Texans Water Heaters is a class act from start to finish. They earn every bit of their A+ ratings. I highly recommend and will never call anyone else for our water heater needs.
