Juan Salazar is the contractor from HELL! A project that was supposed to take 4-6 months, took 2 1/2 years to complete. Juan gave up after about a year and a half. Nobody with any kind of skills seems to want to work for him, and in the end he couldn't even get the laziest, unskilled people anymore. The electrician he sent us was constantly drunk and also stole from us. His workers told us they didn't want to work on our project, because Juan Salazar wasn't paying them, even though he had collected money from us.Three kitchen pictures he has on his website are of a kitchen with which he had absolutely NOTHING to do. My sister-in-law hired him for a kitchen remodel and asked him to go look at her sister's newly remodeled kitchen to use it as an idea guide when working on hers. This kitchen had been designed and built to perfection by another contractor. Juan took photos of this other person's work and posted it as his own on his website. Furthermore, he never asked permission from the homeowner to post her kitchen on his website. I'm  not a lawyer, but it seems to me that this constitutes not only several copyright infringements - including theft of intellectual property - but also an attempt to deceive potential clients by making them believe that he accomplished a remarkable kitchen remodel.
