Couldn’t even get them to show up! They gave me a waiting time of 9-11 am! I waited and cancelled plans!they did not show up or even give me a follow up call to reschedule. I finally callled at 11:18 much to my dismay, whoever was answering the phones would greet me with a “hello”, but as soon as I asked a question they would hang up on me. After 8 attempts with the same result of being hung up on and her giggling profusely, finally a man had answered. He refused to tell me the young ladies name and have her apologize. He clearly knew I was his customer, he was able to find my information just with my number and told me my address and the appointment time within a second of answering the phone. I could hear the young woman in the background talking his ear off and him trying to hush her. Very unprofessional. Will never call them again for this.
