Highly recommend this company. They came out and fixed a leak that had caused two adjacent rooms to have damp spots in the corners. Turns out it was an outdoor faucet. I would’ve given them 5 stars but they originally stated they’d be at my house to check out the issue a couple hours after I called but I had to follow back up with them a couple hours after they were scheduled to come out because I hadn’t heard from them. I was so happy with the price and the fact that the problem was fixed I’d definitely use them again. Service: Leak investigation and repair

Second time using P&G . another pipe leak this time. they replaced the pipe for me quickly and even insulated it afterwards. Great work and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

Had them come out for a simple water heater service, ended up with water on my ceiling. Gave it 3 weeks and had someone inspect it to make sure it wasn't a leak in my roof and there was never water in my ceiling again, so I called them and asked them to check it out as I believed they were at fault for the damages. They determined it wasn't their fault, wiped their hands of the responsibility, but said they would refund my money. A few months later, I still had to pay for the repairs out of pocket and never got my money back.

GREAT SERIVCE...i called got a quote over the phone the plumber/technician showed on time with all of his tools told me how he can fix it...i paid the price i was quoted over the phone. He didn't up charge me or try to change the quote. the Plumber was in and out and clean up after he was done. This is my plumber from now on...no more searching. SO far they have install my water heater, unclogged my main drain, and replace the flange on my toilet. my toilet was rocking back and forth and leaking water , my husband try to tighten the bolts but they would not tighten so when my husband went to work i called P&G they quoted me a price just off a rocking toilet came out removed the whole toilet broken flange (made out of PVC) they replaced it with a metal flange ...i was all fixed up before my husband got home from work..my husband was like who paid for them to come out?..i did of course! he said they must be cheap if i paid...cus i never have money...lol JUST CALL THEM TRUST ME i am a repeat customer.
