I had my breast augmentation by Dr. Arroyo and I have to say I had a great experience I am recovering still and cant wait to see what the girls look like. The nurse Kim and patient advocate Kristen are so sweet and compassionate. I was so nervous and scared but they really took care of me. Thank you Dr Arroyo and team. Highly recommend if you are looking for cosmetic work.

I had a lipo 360 done here back in late August and they made my stomach look so flat and so good. I always had a lower stomach even when I was 100 pounds in high school. I'm confident in my body now. Love my surgeon Dr Arroyo and love his whole team. They were all so sweet.

I rarely to never write reviews but I am taking the time as I want to share my good fortune with others. I went to Dr. Arroyo in December 2023 to discuss an upper eyelift. From the start I was treated royally. I met Virginia at the front desk of the lovely, convenient ( for me) new office in the Heights. It was nice to not have to go into the medical center or a hospital. Virginia offered me coffee and went back to get a room ready for my consultation. I went back right away and met Kristen ( Patient Advocate) who could not have been more friendly. Dr Arroyo arrived in the consultation room right on time and I immediately trusted him and felt comfortable. He is a really nice man and funny. We discussed my goals and I advised him that I wanted to look my BEST for a big party in April. We went over options for surgery and then he had Krystal ( Aesthetician) come and meet me . We immediately hit it off and put her 20 years of experience taking care of skin to use. I had had three consults with different plastic surgeons but now new who I would put my care under.
A date of January 9, 2024 was set for upper/lower eyelift, fat transfer to eyes and temples and FaceTite on my entire neck. Krystal set me up with 3 Sciton BBL treatments and 3 Morpheus 8 treatments to be completed before/after my surgery and all done by our goal of April 2024.
On surgery day I was under the care of two wonderful nurses. Kim (Botox Expert also) and Laci ( VERY knowledgeable about the surgery and aftercare experience). My husband was kept abreast of my surgery real time. Krystal came in during aftercare to hold my hand and help Kim get me all set to go home and start my recovery.
I am now at 25 days and all the bruising is gone and most of the swelling. The area around my eyes is still slightly swollen and a little red. I was started on a scar gel that I use 2x daily but scars are barely noticeable already. Dr. Arroyo informed me that AFTER pictures are at 3 months and that my face would keep improving and it has. I have had a 6 day follow up with Dr. Arroyo and my 1 month is next Wednesday. Dr Arroyo, Krystal, Kim , Kristen , Laci and Virginia 110 % are supporting me through this big life journey and I feel confident in knowing we will be as PERFECT to my goal as humanly possible. That is a really nice feeling because going through plastic surgery and not being OBSESSED with everything you see is very important and trusting your doctor and his team makes all the difference. I plan update at 3 months .
