Dr. James Tang is the highest qualified surgeon, I experienced. He did multiple procedures and all were above and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Tangs expertise gave me results that are natural with hidden scars. I will forever be thankful for his skills, personal bedside manners, and caring office staff. I was new to Houston and found him on the internet, I certainly won when I found Cy Fair Plastic Surgery. Thank you for a lifetime of new confidence.

Had 2 procedures with Dr James tang.  I feel very confident and comfortable.He had done few other surgeries to my mom and sis, all with great results.  What amazed me the most it's that after hours he answer his own calls.  If you have any questions after office hours, your call will be answer. He really is there for his patients.  I have not experience the same with other doctors.

The staff has been quite nice. I got into my appointment quickly. I was able to have the consultation and mole removal in the same visit which NEVER happens at a doctor's office. They don't accept insurance which makes it more expensive but easier. Minimal scarring. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Tang is indubitably careful with his procedure and check-ups. Everything was always so quick and straight to the point, which I find to be a plus. He is no doubt a very experienced doctor and one I would recommend to a friend if they are ever looking to perk their confidence.

I realized that I needed a more permanent approach after years of using injectables to help me age more gracefully and to lift my aging, hooded eyelids.  I discussed plastic surgery with friends and found that Dr Tang did my friend's augmentation- she looks fantastic!  After checking out his reviews online and viewing his photo gallery on his site I booked my consultation.  His office is beautiful and Dr Tang and his staff are very friendly and helpful.  After discussing my surgery goals, procedure, and cost I booked my surgery at the consultation appointment.  A week before surgery I had some more questions and was able to see him for a second consultation, no charge.   Dr Tang was the third (and last)  plastic surgeon that I had consulted with.  He was very reasonable and I felt the most comfortable with him as my surgeon.  On 11/17/17 Dr Tang performed a facelift and upper eyelid lift on me.  He performed the procedures in his office operating room using 'twilight anesthesia'.  I felt no pain during the procedure and was at ease as there were three nurses in the operating room in addition to Dr Tang.  I knew I was in good hands.  Dr Tang saw me again on 11/18 to change bandages, 11/21 to remove eyelid stitches and 11/24 to remove the facelift stitches.  He took great care of me before and after the surgery.  There is still some swelling (very normal) but I am already so very happy with the results.  I do look 10 years younger and my eyelids have NEVER been so youthful and awake!  I will be posting a full review on realself (atyler1973) along with before and after photos once healing is complete.  I highly recommend Dr James Tang.  I will be seeing him for any future procedures I may pursue.
