Very nice staff and Dr.Mentz was nice but I’m extremely disappointed with results from my facial surgery. I feel it was not well planned and he did a poor job that I have to live with. I have since gone to other doctors and they say the entire surgery will have to be redone in order to correct the errors.

LITTERALY CHANGED MY LIFE. the office is super clean and well organized, the staff are the friendliest, kindest people in the world and they will make you feel at home. Dr. Mentz did an amazing job with my surgery and gave me all my confidence back! im finally happy with the way i look and i feel great. if you’re considering a visit to Dr. Mentz’s office you should definitely do it. you won’t regret it!

My experience with Dr. Mentz and his staff at the ACPS had been nothing short of AMAZING! I had a rhinoplasty done with Dr. Mentz in June 2021 and already I know this was the best decision I could have made. From the initial consultation all the way through the post-op appointment, Dr. Mentz and his staff have been phenomenal! My initial consultation was on Dec. 2020 and I remember being so unsure about getting surgery due to a previous consult with a different doctor. Ana Lisa completely eased my nerves! She was thorough and comforting and I left that consult knowing this would be where I got my surgery. Dr. Mentz is a true master of his craft! His bedside manners are just as great as his skills! He will make you feel safe and cared for throughout the process. My actual survey experience was easier than I could have ever imagined! The staff at the surgical center was fantastic (Maddie thank you for the laughs and the IV and Connie thank you for being the absolute sweetest and taking care of me in the recovery room)! ACPS goes the extra mile with everything they do. The at home visit and concierge service with Nadia the P.A offered me peace of mind after surgery when I needed it the most. If you are thinking about getting work done, please do not hesitate to consult with Dr. Mentz! The service, care, and results have all exceed my expectations! Thank you so much to everyone at ACPS! After waiting 15+ years for this procedure, I am so happy I trusted Dr. Mentz and his team with my nose!

Dr. Mentz is a combination of skilled surgeon and artist - a great combination for cosmetic surgery! He fixed problems caused by another less skilled surgeon and did an excellent job with new surgeries. But being a great surgeon isn't enough! You need good support people. The staff are competent and very friendly. In my experience, AnaLisa is great for all pre-surgery coordination/questions/issues. Having surgeries pre- and post Nadia, I can unequivocally attest that she was a great addition to the office! I really appreciated having a single person contact for all questions post surgery. I never felt that my question wasn't important enough. It is hard to imagine the office without her! While there are no guarantees, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Mentz and his staff!
