Lunch special here is NEVER ready as the saying says! Dont bother with this location if you want to grab and go. It will be a 15 minute wait! NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered stuffed crazy bread and this is what I got. Not only is it NOT stuffed, but they are raw and skinny. It tastes awful thanks but no thanks.

I have tried order thru the phone about 10 times in the past month and they will never answer the phone never! And when i get there last time i I waited for like 40 minutes for two cheese pizzas only! Like pick up the phone so i can just pick it up when ever is done. Bad service definitely

Love their pizza but this store needs some new help. Pizza was cooked to fast and sliced honorably. To be fair was traveling and not one of the two stores I frequent

I rate this visit a with two stars for the following reason... I arrived at the location to order a pizza and 2- liter of soda. Upon my arrival, I learned that the lobby was closed and I'd have to order online. So, went to my vehicle and ordered a pepperoni pizza, bread sticks, and 2- liter of Pepsi combination meal for $9.99. Once my pizza was ready, I entered the restaurant and was told there was no 2-liter Pepsi available so I would have to choose a different type of soda or take three 20-Ounce bottles as a replacement. This was an issue for me because I only wanted Pepsi and didn't want 20-Ounce bottles. I asked if I could please get a refund on the soda part of my purchase and was told the entire order would have to be refunded in order to get my money back. It was 20 minutes before closing and I didn't have the time or energy to start over, so I had to accept the situation and move on. My issue is that I wasn't notified that the Pepsi was no longer available and it's unfair to advertise something that's not available, then make it difficult to have a refund processed so I can buy the Pepsi elsewhere. The most crucial aspect of operating a thriving and profitable business is Customer Service. In this experience, the customer service was poor and I'm an unsatisfied customer. Special note: Customers, make sure this restaurant has the food and beverage inventory before making a purchase online.
