I agree with last post. I received 1st package of pain cream compound in separate containers that were all popped open and leaked all inside the box and in bubble wrap. I called them and they were nice and quickly sent out another box. the first one, was a stinky mess... went to the garbage. The next box arrived in completely different pump bottles. They too were open and leaking but enough to where I could salvage most of it. The product seems fairly decent but handling and packaging horrible They should seal each one with tape or sealed plastic over bottle since the lids pop off from heat for the shipping. I would like this product however due to messy leaking bottles and horrible packaging I would not re-order from this company again.

Didn't explain meds. Made gel compound way too thin...its so runny that most of it falls on the floor before I can get it on the right area
