        . pharmacists misspelled my name both first and last name so my insurance didnt cover the injection that i had to receive that day and i took them 47 minutes still couldnt sort it out so we just ended up paying $113 out of pocket and now i cant even submit the claim because they had wrong name on prescription. update after 5 days pharmacies corrected the name and claim went through hopefully they will be sending me the refund.
