Not a great first experience. Scheduled an appointment for a COVID test here so figured why not see if I can get my booster. Called in the morning to check if they were giving boosters and mentioned the date of last shot and which vaccine I got. Upon arrival, I was greeted nicely. Initial interaction was good which is the reason for two stars and not 1. But this was the first time that I was given a swab and told to step behind a screen to swab myself. I've been accustomed to staff watching the process to ensure the swab is done correctly. Once completed I waited a few minutes for the booster. I was then asked if I could return in two hours because the vial was frozen. This for me was a problem because I had spoken to that same person this morning. People who work don't have time in the day to return when they take time out of their work day to handle things. Needless to say, not a great first impression since I was only able to get 1 of 2 tasks completed.
