Sent me some medicine that had sevier side effects that of course they didn't tell me about , they called me and said that my insurance had them call to see if i needed any medicine that was a lie , my doctor and insurance never called them , I never used the medicine because i read every side effect before i use it

Very professional and efficient customer service. Their facial compound medication is soo far the best. I had tried all pimples and acne medication but none worked until I started one from SEM pharmacy . My face is smoother and spotless. Their compound medication is very effective and has transformed my face beyond measure. This is God sent and i couldn't be more happier.

If I could give no stars, I would. No disrespect to the nice (latina) lady, but thank goodness she works there and is nice and professional because the (black) lady on the phone is so rude, I can't see anyone wanting to do business with them after dealing with her nasty attitude!

The big black chubby girl who's always there is very unprofessional. She talks about her personal issues in front of the customers as she gossips on her cell phone and she also stated how she would raise up the medication prices if you get an attitude with her. She must be young or just stupid to tell a customer something like that . Fire her ASAP!!! She doesn't include the discount cards either that the clinic gives the customers.
