        I'd give them negative stars if I could. My fiance' works for them and they do not pay what he's worth and they didn't listen to him when he got overheated and he ended up with a heat stroke. They do not have a set schedule, they just text the employees every morning to let them know if they will work or not. Also they hire people that are not legal to work in the US.

        These company is working in Liberty county and they did not add barriers with reflectors on them and there has been so many accidents last night due to this issue.

        Military friendly company. Many employees including myself are prior military and Rollcon enstills the mindset of safety, quality, and education at its forefront. Have been nothing but impressed by the professionalism shown by the company and plan am extremely happy to work for the company. If there are any questions about RCC or the company the front office staff is always happy to assist and help educate its customers to ensure the best service possible.
