WORST valet service ever!!!! They provide valet service at the Omni Houston Hotel and allowed dozens of cars to be ruined after parking them next to an over flowing bayou during a flood on 9/20/13! Not only that but they lied to me when I asked them about the status of my car, I was told that it was perfectly fine, but when I actually received my car from them the seats were soaking wet and the engine was making a funny noise. To make matters worse they were rude to me during the entire incident!!!! I will never use this service again and discourage anyone from doing so, I hope they go out of business soon.
