        I parked here today (September 4) and my car was towed when I returned at 11pm, even though I purchased the spot till 6am the following morning. At midnight I was literally searching my car in tow storage in east of downtown. Once we located my car I paid $240 to have my car released and told I can go to court if I have a complaint and want my money refunded. Of course I have a complaint! They towed my car illegally when they were not supposed to!!! I will contact the parking lot operator tomorrow morning and update my comment. UPDATE: The operator of the parking lot contacted me and apologized. Offered a few free parking in the future which I kindly declined. They said they will talk to the towing truck owner, yet I doubt they will.
