They will short you on packages, not respond to your emails, then fight the chargebacks.
When this happened I told them to cancel all pending orders. Then randomly, 6 months or more longer - I see a backorder being shipped to us with no prior emails, requests for approval.
They've just been keeping my card data on file without my permission and didn't respond to my email from months ago to cancel any future orders.
Do not trust this company. Run away. Run far, far away. They are awful.

Same as many of the other complaints. I was shorted items and did not receive a replacement or refund. It took a week for anyone to respond to my notification that items were missing. Their response didn't make sense - like they hadn't read or understood my email.
"Cancelled orders" are not refunded in full, thus they are stealing from you when you ask to cancel an order that you didn't receive.
So you are better off doing a chargeback.
I will not be ordering from this company again.
