Doctors are ok but the Doctors’ visit fee is way too EXPENSIVE. They charge double the amount of any doctor I visited.

Paid in full means just that, right? NOPE! Physician recommended Allergy Shots. After staff verified my insurance, I pay for the upfront cost of the treatment, as required. 5 treatments later, I am informed that there is an error with my billing. Turns out the price I agreed (and paid in full) to was wrong, and since the treatment started, I now OWE the clinic 4x the agreed amount that I paid upfront before starting treatment. So now guess who's on the hook with a massive medical bill?

Dr. Wang at the downtown location is the best! His patience and compassion are refreshing. He is thorough, takes his time, is helpful, easy to talk to, and has solved some major lifetime issues with the balloon sinuplasty and turbinate reduction done in the office. If you need help especially with chronic ENT issues, get his opinion. You will be pleased with his personality and his thorough and helpful expertise and advice.
